My training

- Sheffield School of Aeronautics - Miami, Florida
- American Flyers - Opalaka, Florida
- North Perry Airport - Hollywood, Florida
As a teenager my father taught me to fly, even
before my formal training. Later, I worked with him for four years
at Adventure Helicopters. We established a licensed and successful
heliport in Haulover Beach, Florida. Additionally, I established
a heliport in Ocean City, Maryland, which I managed and operated
from 1983 to 1989.
My experience
includes numerous County Fairs, Seafood and Bar-B-Que
festivals (including the HAM-JAM in Middleburg,
FL), various Airshows (DeLand, Ocala, Gainesville
and Plant City, FL and the Blue Angels), the Annual Steerman
Convention in Galesburg, IL, the Nauvoo, IL, Wine
and Grape Festival, Fourth of July Celebrations
(including Riverboat Days in Clinton, IA), the Annual Toy
Run in south Florida, Auto/Swap meets,
Boat races and motorcycle events
(including Daytona Beach Bike Week). In addition, I have done motion
picture work, aerial photography, city
and municipality work for the cities of DeLand
and Orange City, Florida, WCEU Public Television, the Ocala, Plant
City and DeLand Antiques Show.
